Jack E. Schuler

Jack E. Schuler


Jack is one of the founding partners of the company along with Mr. George Haas. Jack began his apprenticeship in 1955 under his grandfather Edward’s company called Morrison-Schuler Electric. Starting the company in 1961, he was chief estimator and vice-president, becoming president in 1987. During his career, Jack has served on the boards of NECA (President), The Electrical Association of Rochester and The Builders Exchange of Rochester, New York. Jack recently received his 55 year service pin from the IBEW.

Ed Schuler

Edward T. Schuler


Edward Schuler serves as President and COO of Schuler-Haas and oversees all operational functions of the company while establishing overall company strategy. A third generation electrician, Ed graduated from the IEJATC Training Institute in 1987. He holds management degrees from Monroe Community College and Nazareth College of Rochester. Ed was also a field sales engineer for Cutler-Hammer before coming into the family business in 1996. As an estimator, in 2000 he became President/COO and currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the Local 86 (Rochester) Pension.

Dan Streicher

Dan Streicher


Dan is the president and CEO of Schuler-Haas Electric. Dan oversees the estimating and project management departments and is also responsible for business development in both new and core markets. He is responsible for assuring sustainable business performance throughout the company. Dan started with Schuler-Haas in 1990 as an estimator/project manager and worked his way up until assuming his current position in 2005. Dans holds an Industrial Technology degree from Alfred State College and has over 25 years experience in the electrical contracting industry. He holds a Masters Electrical License in 3 different cities within New York along with a New York State Fire and Security Alarm License.

Dan Klee

Daniel E. Klee


Daniel E. Klee, as controller of Schuler-Haas Electric, Daniel is responsible for overseeing the financial bookkeeping of Schuler-Haas. Dan is a 1955 Graduate in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. After a 2 year career as an officer in Guided Missile with the US Army, Dan began his climb in financial accounting at the R.T. French Co. and participated in the dynamic growth of Xerox as a federal and state tax manager. All of which has culminated in more than 25 years of experience with Schuler-Haas Electric Corp., specializing in Job Cost Management and Profitability Analysis.

Joyce Donnelly

Joyce M. Donnelly


Joyce Donnelly, Jack’s sister, has been with the company since its inception. Her initial duties included payroll, accounts payable, and all tax functions. Joyce will mark her 50th year with the company on May 1, 2011, without missing one single day of scheduled time. Today she still handles all payroll and union reporting functions for over 250 employees covering six geographic unions.
